Dementia Awareness Week. Activities for Catford South residents


Come along and learn about what it is like to live with dementia and turn that understanding into action—one hour of your time in dementia awareness week will help to create a dementia friendly community.
Come to one of the Dementia awareness sessions in Catford south:
Date: Monday 16th May 2016
Time: 11am – Midday
Location: Torridon Road Library, Torridon Road 103 Torridon Road, SE6 1RQ
Date: 20th May 2016
Time: 7 – 8pm
Location: Abbotshall Road Healthy Lifestyle Centre, Abbotshall Road, SE6 1SQ

Catford South Assembly and community organisations are working in partnership with Age Exchange.
Age Exchange hopes you will come and sample our reminiscence activities, learn more about what we do and how we help people to live well with dementia.
All our welcome whether you live with dementia, know nothing about dementia or care for someone with the condition.
Age Exchange Reminiscence Taster Sessions:
Date: Wednesday 18th May 2016
Time:11.30—12.30pm and 12.30-1.30pm
Location: Age Exchange, The Exchange, 11 Blackheath Village, SE3 9LA. (202 or 54 bus from Brownhill an Bromley Roads stop opposite)
