What Keeps Me Well? Mental Health Stakeholder Event
You are invited to attend a FREE Mental Health & Wellbeing Event at the Civic Suite, Lewisham Town Hall.
Date: Tuesday 14TH February 2017
Time: 9.30am-4.30pm
Place: Civic Suite, Town Hall, Catford SE6 4RU

The event will provide an opportunity for everyone with an interest in mental health to come together and discuss mental health issues and recovery in Lewisham. It is part of a wider programme to involve people in the planning and delivery of mental health services and is a key opportunity for updates to be provided on service developments, encouraging people to give their feedback openly.

The theme for this year’s event is “What Keeps Me Well?” There will be information stalls, presentations and workshops on a range of initiatives that promote mental health and wellbeing, locally. There will be a particular emphasis on the links between physical and mental health. Please help spread the word about this event.

9.30: open for registration and viewing information stalls
10.00: presentations start
11.45: first workshops start
12.45 lunch
14.00: afternoon workshops
16.30: close

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Although the event is designed for adults, people of all ages are welcome to attend. Anyone under the age of 17 years must be accompanied by an adult.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Catford And Catford Bridge Stations are both a short walk from the venue and many buses pass close by. There is no free parking close to the Civic Suite but there is parking above the Catford shopping centre for which a charge is made
