Please pledge and support Catford Arts Trail 2017

Do something special in your community and help support this years Catford Arts Trail
A message from Wendy, Chair of Catford Arts
Hi everyone
If you live near Catford and have not heard yet the Catford Arts Team are busy planning for 2017 with a new Arts Trail in September but we are also planning to open and run the 1st Art Gallery in Catford! This will be ‘not for profit’ and available for hire to local artists and makers.
Lewisham are keen to offer funds to such projects if we can show community interest and raise some funds ourselves so if you like the idea please show your support by offering a pledge – no matter how small – to our crowdfunder project at Crowdfuner

We would be so grateful and really want to make this happen. The 1st ever Arts Trail last year showed just how much Catford enjoys creative events with 9,170 visits to venues over the two weekends with an average of 83 visitors per day per venue. So lets see if we can go even further in 2017!
Please read more below about getting involved and have a look at some of the artists work that featured in last years Catford Artists Trail
Thanks so much

The Catford Arts Trail 2017
Sep 23/24 & 30/01 Oct, 11am – 6pm
A free Catford Arts Trail/Open House event, to celebrate creativity in Catford, where local artists and makers will be showing their work in various homes and public spaces in SE6.
For our second year the Catford Arts Team are planning an even bigger and better Arts Trail. Building on the success of last year, this year’s Trail will involve more artists and venues, more workshops and activities plus the inclusion of workshops and events during the week too.

Applications are open until 8th May and we have just 100 artist places available so don’t delay.
You can also be a host to artists if you are within SE6 so use the same form to contact us.
