You are very welcome to come along and try our friendly Postnatal support groups in Catford and Ladywell
“Each group is a quiet confidential place for mums to meet other mums.
Each week we go around the whole group with the question ‘What’s on your mind?’ It’s a safe place to share the reality of motherhood – the downs as well as the ups. You’ll discover that other mums feel exactly like you do, other mums are going through the same or similar struggles to you, other mums sometimes find caring for their baby overwhelmingly lovely, extremely tiring, sometimes boring and tedious and often very lonely.
Come join us to realise you’re very normal. That you’ll never get it ‘right’ and that’s o.k. Our children often seem to grow up into wonderful adults despite us!!
The groups are for mums with babies from newborn to crawling, when we ‘graduate’ them.”
