Yoga and mindfulness have been proven to enhance physical health and mental well-being. These classes will teach you physical yoga poses to develop strength, flexibility and balance while the mindfulness techniques help settle you into an openhearted awareness in the present moment. Leaves you feeling grounded, relaxed and energized; while resources also provided to develop a personal practice at home.
