HEALTHWATCH DIABETES PEER SUPPORT GROUPS – Do you have diabetes and want support within your community? Healthwatch Lewisham has set up a diabetes peer support group in each local neighbourhood across the London Borough of Lewisham. The groups are open to everyone and people can drop in on the day. We are planning for the meetings to take place every other month, and there will be opportunities for the groups to meet in-between and take part in group activities.
Come along and talk with others who may be experiencing the same issues as you. Our groups look to provide support and offer advice around exercise, nutrition, motivation and mental wellbeing.
For information about the groups, please contact Fay Russell-Clark on 020 8690 5012 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
