The wait is over, Catford Mews will opens its doors to the public this Friday!

We truly have something for everyone. We are opening with a bang this weekend with an exciting mix of new releases. From Friday we have IT: Chapter 2 and Sprinter, if you haven’t watched Joanna Hogg’s The Souvenir, Pedro Almodovar’s Pain & Glory and Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood yet then Catford is the place to watch it this weekend. We also have weekend screenings of Dora and the Lost City of Gold and are excited to be screening music documentary Inna De Yard which is also the pick for the Baby and Carer screenings starting from next week!

Did you miss our cafe, and food vendor announcement?

Compound Coffee will be powering the people of Catford with their delicious and carefully crafted coffees, they’re joining Patty Man, Jerk Off BBQ, Daun’s Deli, Bears Dough and Fuse as permanent food and drink suppliers in Catford Mews. Keep an eye out on our social media channels and website for more info about our soft launch opening hours.

Catford Mews

is a brand new independent entertainment venue in Lewisham, South London. With a strong focus on the local community, our three cinema screens are only a part of a wider offer which also includes a café, bar and five local food vendors, plus a community room and a live music space.
The name pays tribute to the original Catford Mews, which was closed years ago before a Poundland moved in.

From the early planning stages we had a few starting points which we don’t want to lose focus on – namely, to be truly inclusive; a cinema for Catford and the community; to offer an exciting programme; and to serve as a platform for local talent and entrepreneurs.

Please navigate through the website to find more information about which films are showing, food vendors and café’s opening times, ticket prices and more.
